School day or holiday, we provide 2 day residential retreats for aspiring young leaders to prepare them to succeed in their future leadership roles.

Our retreats are a fantastic opportunity for aspiring student leaders to mix with other aspiring student leaders from a variety of schools in their area. This helps to broaden their perspectives on leadership and learn from a diverse group of people. We cap the retreat at 50 Young Gun students to get the right student/mentor/facilitator ratio that guarantees the best possible experience for the students....we simply won't compromise on that!

When the students arrive, they are welcomed and placed into smaller teams with 2 mentors and together they attend lessons and a range of other fun activiites. During breaks and allocated sessions, each team will also be working on a leadership project that promotes innovation and creativity, self confidence, self awareness, fun and energy....the messages our Young Guns communicate are extraordinary and we strongly urge teachers and parents to join us on the final day to witness these remarkable presentations.
