Steve is the founder and Managing Director of Laurus Enterprises Pty Ltd based in Brisbane, Queensland. He has first hand experience in leading successful change within both the public and private sectors and is now using that experience to mentor, coach and facilitate organisational leaders to achieve the same.

Steve’s passion for youth leadership started in 1999 during his 22 year military career. At that time he was responsible for leadership and management program design and delivery at the Royal Australian Air Force College at Point Cook in Victoria. In 2009 Steve completed the design of the Young Guns in2leadership program and is now committed to sharing this program with teenagers across Australia. He remains committed to sharing the principles of leadership that have helped him to achieve within a diverse range of complex, and at times extreme operating environments.

Steve is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management , Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and enjoys motorsport, jet skiing, wakeboarding, running, baseball, playing guitar, socialising with family and friends and writing.
