Whether you are national, state, district or local.....on or off the field, we know leadership in your sport is vitally important. Our Young Guns in2leadership programs are entirely flexible to meet the needs your sport’s individual leadership requirements.

We tailor unique programs to focus players on the true leadership qualities of elite sports men and women. Each player is treated as an individual capable of inspiring and motivating optimal athletic and behavioural performances. The fundamentals of teamwork are also explored and a team action plan and rules of engagement are devised to guide players to become real winners, in spite of the scoreboard.
