Are you a school that has Year 11 students aspiring to be Year 12 student leaders or perhaps current Year 12 students who could use 'real time' support in their leadership roles?

Facilitated on school campuses, we deliver our 1 day in2leadership masterclass to senior school students and teachers. Each program concludes with a personal leadership development plan linked to your school’s learning and behavioural values and a partnership between student and teacher is activated.

The real strength of this program is that teachers and students can now share a common leadership language. Students also own a customised workbook to use with their teachers to focus on their leadership development long after the masterclass. At the school's request we can also initiate and support a 12 month mentoring program and collect real time data to demonstrate measurable growth in each student’s leadership performance.
