Our teenager’s are preparing for jobs that don’t exist yet, most likely using technologies that haven’t been invented yet, to solve problems we don’t even know are problems yet. It is estimated now that today’s student will have 10-14 jobs by the age of 38. We are living in exponential times where information is sourced through Google alone, 31 billion times monthly.  The number of text messages sent and received every day, exceeds the total population of planet earth!

So whilst our children grow and develop in these times of accelerated change, there is one thing that will always remain constant..... that is that one person with outstanding character will always shine brighter than others with a lesser character. It’s just the way the world ticks.

So what Young Guns in2leadership can do for your teenager is create a unique environment to discuss topics that aren’t generally cool or socially acceptable to discuss. Gradually building confidence and shifting paradigms, we positively reinforce 15 character traits and use their personal experiences to set them in concrete.

Let’s be clear....this is not about cloning. This is about positively reinforcing their unique personalities, building their confidence and developing their skills so that they stand out in a crowd...not become one of the crowd.  Unlike other youth development programs, we aim to produce leaders, not just achievers.
