We are very proud to announce a partnership with Mission Foods & Netball Queensland to rollout theYoung Guns in2leadership program to the 12 Netball Academies across Queensland.

Young Guns will build on the personal achievements of these young athletes by focusing them on leadership growth and development, with a view to empowering them with the skills and strategies to lead high performing teams.

The programs will be developed in consultation with Netball Queensland and delivered to the 12 Academies over the winter months.

Laurus Consulting identified netball as the perfect platform for leadership development because of the game's inherent requirement for teamwork in order to be successful. More importantly, the Firebirds players each epitomise the Young Guns in2leadership model both on and off the court, making them the perfect model for aspiring leaders to follow.
